These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all digital courses, programs, templates, toolkits, and related materials (collectively referred to as "Products") offered by Mel Cieslik Photography Pty Ltd (ABN 74 548 931 207) through the website melcieslik.com and associated platforms. By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All Products are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Product via email and/or through our client portal. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any course materials, videos, templates, toolkits, or other content without prior written consent.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or other integrated gateways). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued.
All content included in our Products — including but not limited to videos, text, images, templates, workbooks, prompt libraries, and toolkits — is the intellectual property of Mel Cieslik Photography Pty Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the materials without written permission.
By accessing our Products and community spaces, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to revoke access to any Product or community space without refund if a user engages in behaviour that is abusive, harmful, or violates these terms.
Our Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results may vary and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income, or business results from using our materials. You acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, skill, and circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mel Cieslik Photography Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
